Malt Drive in Long Island City, New York, is a mixed-use development featuring two luxury residential towers and retail spaces, located on the Newtown Creek waterfront, with a park named Malt Drive Park, which extends public access along the shoreline. Meeting Place : Please come to the leasing office located within the lobby of 2-21 Malt Drive.
