Jenna Wandishin, Associate AIA
Jenna Wandishin, Associate AIA, is a project manager at Matiz Architecture & Design, designing for higher education clients, non-profit organizations, and single-family residences. Jenna was an inaugural leader in the 2017 AIANY’s Civic Leadership Program and continues her involvement as a co-advisor of the 2018 program; she helps the new cohort engage with agencies, officials, and community organizations throughout New York City. She volunteers at the Center for Architecture for ARE Bootcamps and Workshops and Family Day activities, and is also a new mentor in the iMentor program. Jenna earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Business Administration minor from Temple University.

Evaluate compliance with construction budget
Evaluate and address changes in scope of work and scope creep
Evaluate project documentation to ensure it supports the specified delivery method
Identify and conform with the requirements set forth by authorities having jurisdiction in order to obtain approvals for the project
Project Quality Control
Apply procedures required for adherence to laws and regulations relating to the project
Identify steps in maintaining project quality control, and reducing risks and liabilities
Perform quality control reviews of project documentation throughout life of project
Evaluate management of the design process to maintain integrity of design objectives
